These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aajeel Time Travel & Tourism’s services and website. By booking or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

- Definitions
- “ATT” means Aajeel Time Travel & Tourism, a licensed travel agency in Dubai, UAE.
- “Customer” means the person making the booking and all persons included in the booking.
- “Supplier” refers to third parties providing excursions, tickets, transport, or other services.
- “Services” include excursions, tours, transfers, visas, and other travel-related arrangements.
- Scope of Services
ATT facilitates bookings for travel services, including Dubai excursions and activities, which are primarily fulfilled by suppliers. Supplier terms may apply in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the stricter condition for safety or compliance will apply.
- Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment approval and receipt of a confirmation voucher or email.
- Customers must verify booking details within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Some bookings may require additional ID verification (e.g., passport or Emirates ID).
- Prices, Taxes & Fees
- All prices are in AED and subject to 5% UAE VAT.
- Prices may change due to exchange rates, supplier updates, or seasonal variations.
- Optional extras (meals, transport, insurance) are not included unless mentioned.
- Payments & Security
- All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways with 3-D Secure verification.
- ATT may request identification to verify cardholders for security.
- Declined or fraudulent payments may result in cancellation.
- Cancellations, Amendments & No-Shows
- Cancellations and amendments are subject to supplier policies.
- Certain tickets and last-minute services are non-refundable.
- No-shows or late arrivals are typically non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after supplier confirmation.

- Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (names, contact details, IDs).
- Comply with activity timings, dress codes, safety guidelines, and UAE laws.
- Ensure valid passports, visas, and permits when required.
- Travel Documents & Visas
- Visa processing depends on immigration decisions beyond ATT’s control.
- Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid.
- Health, Safety & Special Requirements
- Some excursions have age, health, or medical restrictions.
- Notify ATT or suppliers of any medical conditions before booking.
- Insurance is recommended; ATT can assist with options if requested.
- Supplier Liability & Force Majeure
- ATT acts as an agent for many services; suppliers are responsible for actual service delivery.
- ATT and suppliers are not liable for events beyond their control (e.g., weather, government actions).
- ATT’s direct liability (if any) is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
- Changes & Service Availability
- Itineraries may change due to weather, operations, or local authority regulations.
- Customers will be informed of significant changes and offered alternatives or refunds where applicable.
- Website Use & Intellectual Property
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
- All content on the ATT website is owned or licensed by ATT.
- Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) License
By submitting photos, videos, or reviews to ATT (including via WhatsApp or social media), you grant ATT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing or service improvement, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws and ATT’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies are used as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Complaints & Support
- For immediate issues during an activity, contact the supplier or guide first.

- Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by law.

ATT may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always appear on this page with the effective date.
For clarity: These Terms apply specifically to excursions and related travel services. Supplier-specific policies may also apply.
